Delivery Times:
Our orders ship within 2 to 6 weeks unless the order is a Special Order or a Backordered product.
Expedited air freight is available.
Back Orders
Allow 4-12 weeks for back orders.
We will give a delivery confirmation of backordered items priorto you placing your order.
Special Order Items:
These delivery times will be determined on a case by case basis.
There are no returns on Special Order Items.
Price:
Pricing is based on discount off Manufacturer's Suggested RetailPrice Book and is subject to change without notice. Pricing of Bronze and Copper products as well as “Rustic Collection”or special order items will be made on a job by job basis.
Payment:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Company Checks, and direct Wire Transfers.
A deposit on non inventoried Items and prepayment of Special Order items will be required.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, payment in full is required prior to shipping.
Variance in Surfaces, Bumping and Chiseling
Our products are hand made and are the result of years of commitment to research, design, and artisan training. .
Artistic articulation is what makes our products special and different from any other similar cast or stamped products on the market.
We encourage and celebrate the artist’s articulation of the design within acceptable parameters. Thesevariations are not considered flaws or defects.
The forging process inherently leaves a unique surface texture on each piece. This random natural patterning is also not considered a defect.
Our products are warranted to be precisely sized to their patterning with holes and dimensions being held to strictly. If a particular pattern is wanted exactly as shown, please specify this desire and we will accommodate this as much as possible given the hand made nature of the products.
Examples of acceptable bumping and chiseling variations

Shipping:
US orders will ship by UPS ground freight unless other wise specified.
Shipping prices will be included in our price quotations and arebased on UPS ground freight.
IInternational Shipping prices are based on Standard Air Freight and local common carrier delivery.
Expedited Air Freight is available on request.
Carriers are responsible for all delivery times during the shipping process. SML will not be responsible for any shipping delays due to the carriers’fault.
Any and all damage to product occurring during the shipping process is the responsibility of the Carrier.
Damage Returns:
Upon receipt of your products open the package and carefully inspect the contents for damage.
If there is damage, call the Carrier immediately and notify us immediately.
Arrange for the Carrier to inspect the merchandise and packagingif necessary.
After this process is complete, we will replace the damaged merchandise.
Guarantee:
We will replace any merchandise due to mechanical failure for upto 2 years after our shipping date.
We cannot warrantee product damaged during installation, improper care or abuse.
